Our principles & values

The services and training we offer are all designed to make a difference to peoples’ lives – either by improving their position, the services they are receiving or by training others to provide more effective services. We also carry out research and publish our findings with a view to promoting best practice. Here are some of the principles and values we work to:

For each piece of work you will receive a competitive written quotation and we will work with you to agree individual terms of reference.

We offer special terms for social enterprises and smaller charities.
